External Rub is a soothing rub for horses containing an all-natural solution of amino acids and minerals including manganese and zinc.
Do not use iodine at the same time as External Rub as it creates heat.
Directions: Wash off any other substance on skin before applying.
When applying below the knee, clip the hair as close as possible, above the knee just rub on.
To sweat (below the knee): clip hair, wrap a paper towel around the leg and saturate with External Rub. Wrap with saran wrap and leave on for 4 hours once daily. After removing wrap, rinse area off with plain cool water and apply pure 100% Aloe Vera gel or juice.
When NOT doing a sweat, just spray or rub on. Alternate with pure Aloe Vera gel or juice.
- Mineral Water (Fulvic acids, Amino acids, Iron, Cobalt, Zinc, Boron, Zirconium, Iodine, Selenium, Aluminum, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Molybdenum, Sulfur, Chlorine, Nickel, Chromium, Strontium, Titanium, Vanadium, All natural trace minerals found in the earth)
- Manganese Sulfate
- Zinc Sulfate.
I use this every other day when galloping young horses, alternating with aloe vera gel on their days off. There is no strong “medicine” smell and it doesn’t sting. It keeps their legs tight for training.
Great stuff !! Really helps my horses
We had a horse that ran in to piece of machinery in July 2016 Dog Days. He got torn up across his hip, 8 to 10 inches long. We washed it off just with water twice a day and put Frank Lampley's External Rub and Wound Powder on, and kept him strong with Vitamix. He never got any infection or wild flesh. Barely lost any weight, we also got 2 small pieces of bone out that he chipped off. He is doing so well we are about ready to use him again. Hope he keeps gaining!
